WHAT IF JAMES CAMERON’S ALIENS HAD AN ‘80s ANIMATED SERIES?

I know I would've loved a Saturday morning series of retconned adventures where Ripley, Newt and Hicks traveled the galaxy saving colonies from Xenomorphs (and thwarting The Company's evil plans to capture one).

This concept mock-up was another personal design challenge I took on. I blended a set of photos (including action figure/model pics and movie screenshots) while adding additional effects. For the three main characters, I combined several '80s cartoon visual style references (mostly from G.I. Joe) and illustrated a final pass on them.
